The second Sustainability Report of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) makes information readily available on its continued work on promoting environmentally sustainable and socially inclusive growth, and minimizing our corporate environment footprint.

This update of ADB’s first Sustainability Report, published in 2007, provides information about and data on our operations and Strategy 2020, ADB’s new long-term strategic framework. It focuses on our work to improve environmental management, including climate change, social development, and governance — all of which are important to the sustainability of the region’s development — and to reduce the environmental impact of our corporate operations, especially at headquarters.

The appendix links the indicators of the Global Reporting Initiative with the text of the report and other pertinent sources.
